Larry Judson Snedegar, 69, of Covington, died August 31, 2026, at his residence. He was born February 20, 1957, in Maryland, a son of the late Sterling J. Snedegar and Grace Lewis Snedegar Knobb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Ferrell Snedegar; two brothers, Sterling Ray Snedegar and Dwayne Snedegar; and one sister, Sandy Snedegar. Larry worked at Klöckner Pentaplast in Gordonsville as a calender line operator for a number of years. He also served in the United States Navy. Larry loved gardening, hunting, and fishing. Survivors include three sisters, Kay Gurreri of Pittsburgh, PA, Faye Duke of York, PA, and Darlene Slenker of Wrightsville, PA; and a number of nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Arritt Funeral Home.
