Mrs. Deborah Kay Meadows Clinebell, age 63, of Covington, went to be with the lord Thursday, May 21, 2026 at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, Low Moor. Mrs. Clinebell was the wife of George Kevin Clinebell.
She was born November 18, 1962 in Alleghany County. She was the daughter of the late Dillard McKinley Meadows and Mary Hoke Meadows.
Mrs. Clinebell was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She worked hard over the years in the public with Grand Piano, The Salvation Army, Family Dollar and ABC store. She will leave behind a legacy of strength, grace, love and devotion. Deborah had an unforgettable sense of humor and sharp wit. She enjoyed gardening, maintaining her home and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Clinebell leaves behind two children. A daughter, Heather Clinebell Craft and husband, Andy as well as a son, Brandon Kevin Clinebell. She also is survived by five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bowen Clinebell; Gabriel Clinebell; Zoe Clinebell; Nathaniel Tucker and Lilly Clinebell. In addition to her grandchildren, Mrs. Clinebell was preparing to welcome her first great grandchild, Wrenley. Deborah is also survived by her love sister, Trish Ward of Indiana and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
