Eunice Frances Yopp Duff Tolley, age 87, of 320 Hershberger Road, Roanoke, Virginia, died on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at her residence. Eunice was born on November 14, 1938 in Rockbridge County, Virginia to the late James Madison Yopp, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Moran Yopp. She was a home health aide for Home Healthcare and also worked as a supervisor for Jane Colby. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Norman Carter Duff and her second husband, Richard Lewis Tolley; a brother, James Madison Yopp, Jr.; and a half-brother, Everett Moore. She is survived by a daughter, Christine Marie Duff Smith (Michael) of Sanford, FL; three sons, Michael Carter Duff (Barbara) of Clifton Forge, Dennis Brian Duff (Beth) of Roanoke, and Matthew Christopher Tolley (Lauren) of Lake Mary, FL; a sister, Colene Yopp Deacon of Montpelier; eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
