Bobby Lloyd Wilhelm, age 84, of 5312 Longdale Furnace Road, Clifton Forge, Virginia died on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 100 Stacks Lane, Clifton Forge. Bobby was born on April 11, 1942 in Alleghany County, Virginia to the late Lloyd Benjamin and Beatrice Ford Wilhelm. He was a lab worker for Acadia Polymer of Iron Gate, and loved hunting, fishing, and watching NASCAR. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Wilhelm and Norman Wilhelm and two sisters, Clair “Tootie” Cunningham and Susie Brinkley. He is survived by three sisters, Phyllis Lawrence of Hayes, Betty Williams of Covington, and Alice Deel of Clifton Forge; Bobby Hyler of Clifton Forge; a number of nieces and nephews; and his dog “Mollie” along with Bobby Hyler’s dog “Chevelle”. A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday afternoon, July 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM in Central Advent Christian Cemetery, Clifton Forge. Interment will immediately follow.
